Gingerbread Cookie Alpha

Here is another full sized alpha for your holiday page layouts. With all the gingerbread folk I see in scrap kits, I thought some letters might be nice too. The drop shadows are only for illustration on the preview. Done in png format and 300 dpi. You can get it here.

I tried to make a gold-ish blog background for Kimberly, to go with her new logo - but it didn't fit well, so I started over with a new idea. Kimberly got it up and she likes it a lot - even posted a "thank you note", which was very sweet of her. I took a screenshot, but you can check it out here.

Creepy-face Alpha

It's my favorite time of year and I love making spooky stuff. I ventured out a bit and made an alpha to use for your Trick-or-Treat scrap pages. These are designed for full-sized page layouts. New designer logo

I have a new customer that I have been making kit previews for (they are really cute kits too), but she didn't have a logo so I tossed one together on her preview layouts. Then I got to thinking about it after Kimberly mentioned what I had done. The logo sorta formed in my mind and I just had to put it on paper:

Even my hubby said he like it - and he usually doesn't comment too much. LOL

Hopefully Kimberly will adapt it for her blog (HERE) soon, and I will be using it on her kit previews too.

2 new Designer Previews

I just love making these previews... maybe because few other designers make them.

This first one is a classic with grey tones and a splash of color - perfect to show off your creations. There are several title box options included to arrange as you wish, and it is in layers. You can find it here.

The second one is dark, yet has a splash of bright color against the blacks and kraft paper colors. This one is also in layers, and has paper display templates as a guide. These can be increased or decreased as needed. The torn section is for elements. Get it here.

Tax-time - ughhhh

Well, I hope everyone is done with their taxes. It's funny, but since I retired from being an accountant, the tax laws have had tons of changes - even more frequently than during all the years I had to utilize them for business.

This year, I see that "tea parties" to protest taxes are happening around the USA. Interesting! I cannot say I blame folks though, especially when our tax $$$ are being given to corporate bigwigs for bonuses, vacations, and new jets!! Oh, don't get me started. LOL

I hope the late start of spring, and the promise of summer brings you all lots of joy and ooodles of fun.

Here is the second in this series - this one is based upon a stitched book. Lots of options here: the layers are all separate and the shadows are removable. I have added tabs and clips and a label if you need it.

I thought I would create a couple of templates - this way the designer can pick the colors and textures. This is the first one - based on the postage stamp sheet. All these layers are individual and the shadows are optional. You have total control with the template.

I managed to find a new color! I don't imagine you see too many previews done in this color, not to mention with glitter! There are 3 options for the front paper - so this one is very versatile too. I added lots of extras too.

Dark blue seemed to be a good idea. This classic preview layout has silver trim and a glass bauble for your logo. Sprinkle in some glitter and you have a notable presentation.
